| I worked with a Bizen Potter, Kanichi Mikami,
for a period of 2 years. Actually I worked
4 days a week with him, returning to Kobe
to teach English. We had a nice relationship
where I worked for him from 8:30 till 3:00
then I had time to make my own pots. These
pots are some of the fruit of that experience.
They were all fired for 8 days in Mikami
Sensei's traditional Bizen type noborigama.
